Just diagnosed ADHD at 28. Should I disclose at work? Pros: possible accommodations. Cons: discrimination (illegal but happens), career stalling, judgment. How do people in India navigate this?

Proof in pocket, but is it safe to name it?

My accommodations turned out to be embarrassingly cheap for the company: headphones, written briefs, fewer meetings. Worth asking.
