Taking ADHD meds and they're genuinely useful (focus, mood stability). But colleagues: 'Aren't you worried about addiction?' Family: 'You're becoming dependent.' The stigma is isolating.

Legitimate treatment is treated like habit.

How do you handle stigma around ADHD medication?
