I'm supposed to differentiate for 40 kids across 3 levels. I have 40 minutes to teach, grade 100 notebooks, fill out administrative forms. Differentiation requires 48-hour days.

Pedagogy ideals + time reality.

How do you do meaningful differentiation with real-world constraints?
