40 students in class. One student is autistic, one has ADHD, two have learning disabilities. No resources, no training, no support. Teacher expectations: teach everyone at pace, all at same level.

Policy exists without infrastructure.

How do you differentiate for 40 kids with zero support?

After-school exhaustion is real. We cut homework battles in half just by adding a decompression hour first.
