Request: separate invigilation for exams, extended time, alternate assessment format. School policy doesn't allow it. Legal framework says we should. I'm caught in the middle.

Law exists, policy doesn't align.

Specific asks work better than general concern — 'written instructions and one movement break' is much harder to dismiss than 'more support.'
