Sample IEP goal language that's actually measurable — share yours?

Compliance officer keeps kicking ours back. Looking for goal templates that pass review without being soulless. Posting one of mine to start.

Mine: 'During whole-class instruction, [student] will use a self-identified regulation tool (visual schedule check, fidget, break card) at least 1x per session in 4 of 5 observed periods, as recorded by the case manager.'
