This diagnosis explains my entire life

I'm 34. Just diagnosed ADHD. Everything clicks now—my job failures, relationships, why I can't do simple tasks. I feel relieved but also devastated I wasted 30+ years.

All these years I thought I was lazy, broken, unmotivated. Turns out I'm just ADHD. Now what?

If you got diagnosed later in life, how did you process it? Did it change how you see yourself?

The label didn't change who you are — it gave you better instructions for the person you already were.

You're doing better than you think you are. Truly.
