Policy covers 'mental health' but doesn't list ADHD/autism as eligible. Fought with insurance. Still won't cover. Cost comes entirely out-of-pocket.

Policy gaps = patient cost.

How are you managing costs when insurance won't cover?

Ask about sliding-scale fees directly — many therapists keep a few slots and never advertise them.
