Parenting advice (time-outs, reward charts, consistency) works for my NT kid. With my ND kid, these strategies backfire. I'm reading books, watching videos, and still feel lost.

Everything I learned about parenting doesn't work.

What parenting strategies actually work for your neurodivergent kid? What does *connection* look like for them?
