Parents understand ADHD. Grandparents are baffled. 'In our day, we just made kids sit still,' 'You're overcomplicating it,' 'Stop looking for excuses.' Family visits are full of tension.

Different generations, completely different frameworks.

How do you teach extended family about your child's diagnosis without exhausting yourself?
