My 4yo was just diagnosed. I watch other kids and imagine their futures. Mine? Unknown. Sometimes I can't see past tomorrow.

Diagnosis forces you to face uncertainty you didn't want to contemplate yet.

How do you sit with the unknown of your child's future without catastrophizing?
