My kid is perfect with me, dysregulated with everyone else. Teachers, grandparents, therapists—all say 'they're fine here, maybe it's you.' But I see the effort my kid is making to hold it together.

Nobody else has full visibility to the effort.

How do you help others see what you see? Or do you stop trying?
