My son hates the standard fidget toys. He's happiest jumping off the bed or organizing his toys by color for 45 minutes.
I've read a million generic 'sensory diet' posts and they all feel written for some other kid.
What sensory input or routine actually works for your child? The weird, specific, doesn't-fit-the-textbook stuff?
