ADHD/autism + puberty hormones = mood dysregulation that's scary. One moment fine, next moment rage or despair. I don't know if this is normal puberty or mental health crisis.

Neurochemistry + hormones = unpredictability.

How do you distinguish between normal teen moodiness and concerning dysregulation?

We gave our teen a real vote in every decision about their own support. Buy-in changed everything.
