My 7th grade daughter seems fine at school (teachers say she's great). But I see: anxiety about perceived social failures, exhaustion, perfectionism that's crushing, sensory sensitivity escalating.

Girls are exceptional at hiding. Until they break.

How do you support a teen who's masking and you can see the cost?

Being able to name it is half the battle. Most of us spent years just thinking we were bad at existing.
