Summer is hell—unstructured time breaks my teen

School structure holds them together. Summer (no school, no routine, open days) = dysregulation, screen addiction, mood crash. But every 'solution' I try is rejected.

Lack of structure triggers dysfunction.

How do you create structure and purpose for ADHD/autistic teens in summer without it feeling forced?

Your teen telling you the truth about how they feel means you're a safe place. That's the foundation everything else builds on.
