Polite escalation to a principal

Hi [Name], I've raised [issue] twice with [teacher] without a resolution and wanted to loop you in. I'm confident we can sort it out together — could we find a time this week?

Requesting an accommodation revision

Hi [Name], [accommodation] isn't landing the way we hoped — here's what we're seeing. Could we adjust it to [proposed change] and check back in a month?
