Planning to disclose ADHD. Manager is supportive. Team is... unknown. If I tell them, will they lower expectations? If I don't, will they think I'm lazy/flaky?

Disclosure is power given to people.

How much detail should you share with whom? How do you control the narrative?

You can often ask for the change without leading with the diagnosis: 'I do my best work with written priorities' is a work-system request anyone can make.
